Unsere Website wird von All-Inkl betrieben. Dabei werden automatisch technische Daten verarbeitet (IP-Adresse, Browsertyp, Uhrzeit, Referrer), um Betrieb und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.

Übertragung erfolgt über SSL/TLS.

3. WordPress & technische Plugings

Die Seite basiert auf WordPress. Dabei werden technisch notwendige Daten verarbeitet.
Verwendete Plugins arbeiten lokal und übertragen keine personenbezogenen Daten an Dritte, außer dies wird unten gesondert erwähnt.

Technisch notwendige Cookies dürfen laut DSGVO und § 165 TKG gesetzt werden.

Google Analytics ist installiert, aber ohne Tracking-ID – es findet kein Tracking statt.

5. Kontaktformular

Beim Absenden des Kontaktformulars werden Name, E-Mail-Adresse und deine Nachricht verarbeitet.
Zusätzlich setzt Google reCAPTCHA v3 zur Spam-Abwehr Analysefunktionen ein (IP-Adresse, Browserinformationen, Nutzungsverhalten).

Rechtsgrundlagen: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung); Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Anfragenbearbeitung); Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Spam-Schutz).

Google kann Daten in die USA übermitteln – auf Basis von Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 DSGVO).

Wir speichern Kontaktanfragen so lange, wie sie für die Vereinsarbeit nötig sind.

6. Newsletter (Mailchimp)

Für Newsletter nutzen wir Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, USA).

Gespeicherte Daten:

  • E-Mail-Adresse

  • optional: Name

  • IP-Adresse, Anmeldezeitstempel

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung).
Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt über Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 DSGVO).

Abmeldung ist jederzeit über den Link im Newsletter möglich.

7. Social Media & Community-Plattformen

Wir verwenden zur Kommunikation und Eventorganisation:

  • Facebook

Daten, die du dort teilst, unterliegen ausschließlich den Datenschutzbedingungen der jeweiligen Plattform.
Wir speichern dort keine zusätzlichen personenbezogenen Daten außerhalb der Plattformen.
